Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on crochet bikinis and padded bikinis unless they arrive defective or damaged. These styles are final sale due to their delicate nature and intimate wear characteristics.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include your RMA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive your return.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund and notify you when it’s back in stock.
