Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days at our Jacksonville studio. Delivery times then depend on your location and shipping method:
- Express Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
- Free Standard Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide (except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia). All international orders include the necessary customs documentation. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Express Shipping orders include full tracking so you can follow your swimwear’s journey from our beach-inspired studio to your doorstep. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery if you need to exchange sizes or styles. To initiate a return:

What if my swimwear arrives damaged or faulty?
